Since June we have been struggling with Facebook. No matter how, whenever we posted any links to Literary Universe on Literary Universe Facebook page our personal accounts would get suspended for a month or two until appeal would unlock them. At first we thought that it was the way we push our links, so we tried different strategies, but the result was always the same and through uninvolved parties we have learned that the link stayed posted. This went against the message that Facebook was accusing us of violating TOS and community standards (without providing any specifics). Also the post that triggered the suspensions stays up, which contradicts the accusations on the suspension page.

We are not the only ones that have been experiencing issues with Facebook. This appears to be a bug with Facebook’s AI enforcement system. We have tried improving things on our side which should also strengten our SEO as a side-effect as well, but since this is a wider issue we fear that it won’t make a difference. We will see in a month or two when hopefully our suspension will be appealed.

As a result, until we can confirm that the issue has been fixed, we are removing sharing and login options for Facebook so that others don’t fall under the spell of whatever is going on.

An important part of note here is that Facebook doesn’t have any sort of customer/user support. This is because of the size of the user base makes it impossible to do so.
