Storylines and scene manager are finally here! The two buttons in the story dashboard finally do something.

Storylines

This has been in our backlog for years. Finally we have a storylines manager for your stories. These will allow you to create multiple storylines and scenes for each chapter so that you can plan and visualize your story.

This also is linked to scenes manager which shares the scenes from storylines and allows you to order it for each chapter and you can see that in the story editor. You can then mark them as written once you are done.

Right now we have Scene Manager in the story editor under Todos & Task tab. Let us know what you think about that and if that should remain there or if a dedicated tab is the better answer.

We have something called Timelines on the universe dashboard which is something that we will be developing in the future. This one will be similar to Story Storylines, but is for your entire universe and will be focused on public consumption as well. Stay tuned!

Literary Commentary/Review

You can now set blog posts as literary commentary (or a review) for stories and add a ranking. This will then appear on the story and ranking will be calculated based on those reviews.

Group Categories

Groups now have categories. Each group can select from multiple options of what kind of group they are. You can also now filter based on these groups.

Author Q&A improvements

We have made several improvements to Author Q&A. You can now mark questions as outdated, reference any of your properties and answer privately. Connected to that are slight look improvements.

Rakuten Kobo

Rakuten Kobo has been added to external sales options.
